i know it's not what you asked for but these are the ones that were in my bookmarks, also there's loads of evidence to say the best diet for someone with pcos is the low GI diet as it is supposed to make your blood sugars more level and easier to lose weight. (doing this diet) im looking for some meal plans then going to start it.
