did you get a good nights rest last night? feeling like a zombie?

I sleep fine with the assistance of a pill.My phsyc put me on vistaril, it's an antihistamine kind of like Benadryl, because my mind will not shut off at night. I'll lay in bed thinking and analyzing.

I haven't had a good nights sleep in years. I wake up at least a dozen times during the night and I have to get up at 6:00am or 6:30 if I take a shower the night before.

I used to sleep extremely well.
Then I got dumped.
So I could not sleep anymore.
Then I got prescription sleeping aid.
Now I can sleep again...as long as I pop those.
But there's having less and less effect, as the months go by...
I'm dreading the time when I will have to turn into a zombie...I don't think I'll even last until next Halloween.

I sleep well about 3 nights a week and last night definately was not one of them. The winds howled with 50-60 mph. gusts, boyfriend didn't stay over (daughter problems... what else is new), heat went out and it was 21 degrees, and sleeping pill didn't work as usual.
Me and Sophie just cuddled up together, I read she howled with the wind and kept me warm. Feel zombish!!

I'm a light sleeper and constantly wake up in the middle of the night. I'm a walking zombie most days.

Bad, i only sleep for only 2-4 hours. cause at night, i can have my own quiet time.
