Ah...the internet just might be one of those...in my own case, at least. There were beautiful days that I didn't leave my home...just hung out in virtual reality. That's not good for my mental or physical well-being, and not a way of living life to the fullest.

One of my relatives drank to excess and did some smoking, and was also barely leaving home. Fortunately this person realized it, and changed their habits. Some people can't do it on their own, and need some help...but help is out there...free and sliding scale mental health outpatient clinics are in every city in every state. One just needs to phone their local emergency room to find the phone number of the clinic nearest them.

Since habits are an aspect of conditioning, which is an aspect of our personality traits which are aspects of mind that are invoked given the external stimulus, I can say that I have some things that entice me to become mechanical, but I am usually quick to consciousness. But I don't have anything that stops me from living my life to my fullest as I seek to. I have abandoned the my former lifestyle and former mindset, I live my Truth as I understand it, which is all that is asked of anyone. And I have become unlearned in regards the world.

Yes. I smoked for years until I literally had to
sneak this disgusting habit. Finally quit
and I'm so grateful I did. I don't even know
anyone who smokes now and never see it.
They're going to make it illegal to smoke anywhere
in our town and it's already illegal to smoke on
the beach. I have a lot of empathy for those
trying to quit. It's the hardest thing I ever did.
Now I know what it feels like to really breathe
When I was trying to quit, I asked for help on
Yahoo Answers and got so many wonderful
people cheering me on. Some with horror stories
about what happened to them because of ciggs.
This alone would be enough for even the diehards
to quit.

I smoke, but idle hands may do the devils work, plus I am an addict. I am certain I could live a full life as being evil, but it would be a very short life and all respect would be a pretense for survival, loveless.

The Will is positive, the Judgment is negative.

Yes, spending money. Now I have to waste a lifetime paying it all back. I was really stupid but had a shopping addiction and no one ever offered to help with my problem like saying "Hey, I think you have a spending problem". I have changed and no longer shop like crazy but I'm furious at myself for not realizing that I could end up feeling like this, I'm mad at my "family" and my "friends" cause my whole life is ruined, all they did was cheer me on during it if anything. I'm worth nothing and I'm better off dead. I'm not trying to get attention, I had to get that out and that was a good question for me to do it. Have a merry christmas.

Yes I listened to all the BS we are taught in school, church and at play. We are never ever taught that we are all infinite knowledge and part of a universal consciousness. My bad habit was to believe those that misled me.

SMOKING!

I now have severe Periphal Vascular Disease. I have blood flow in my legs of an 80 year old, and I am only 48. It is horrible on your skin. It makes everything stink.

And it is soooooo hard to quit.

Don't start and if you have, get off of them. NOW
