hmmm anywayzz itzz alwayzz gud to rethink abt things which r bothering u ..and ur problm is that u loose ur temper very easily and which causing problms in ur personal life.
well the solution to it is pretty simple u c u jst need to think like if i was askin u this question..and u have to answer it in a positive manner.
do the things which ull suggest to someone if he was in this situation.itzz that simple ..
i beleive everybody themself has a solution to all the problms they have ..its jst they need a sort encouragement to implement the solutions to resolve issues.

Some may say yoga is best some may say that think of good times bt i will say take it out
Anger is nothng much than a opening given by god to forcefully get ride of ur emotions which are trapped inside u. It is just like crying bt when u are angry dnt take it out on others or else after becoming angry u will have to cry or may u wont have anything left.
So bring out ur anger and the best way to do so is laugh and tell what ever comes to ur mind bt when u r alone

Angry is the rat hole that fear uses. One can get plenty angry, with nothing happening, cause fear is ruling the roost. Anger has it's uses. only one must decide to use anger, not be used by it. When you think back on it, has anger ever produced a positive result. Rarely, but when anger is used in a cooler, calmer way, it often can lead to a fuller understanding of a condition which is causing an angry person to be that way. Anger can allow one to body slam an irritant into a closet, and stepping close, with malice glowing in ones eyes, let the fetid waste know that pain is an art and they should be careful when getting in your way, it ain't friendly, it ain't safe. Then leave, how cathartic.

Dear Brother Sunny, anger is a human emotion. It has negative impacts when a person does not channelise his or her anger into creative outlets. When a person acts on impulse it can prove dangerous because when a person exercises his or her raw anger, he or she can be physically or verbally abusive and result in irrepairable damage to relationships he or she has with people around them. The "BILE" is acidic in nature and that is why there is a burning sensation when you get angry. So, whenever you get angry drink a glass of cold water as that will calm down the acidic effects of "BILE".

it was the yuk thing.there r many ways to control on ur anger as
1.drink water
2.start count down in descending order
3.keep memories of ur love ones or remind a time when ur happy
all this things r ok but it may happen after that also u cant control on ur anger so do one thing when ur relax or ur in ur normal condition use to tlk nicely with peoples.n if u find some free time for urself use some time with the one with whome u get angry on.n tel them wht r the situations when u get angry n why.n u cant handle that situation n what problems u effect after that.if they r ur love ones then they will understand u.so jst chill.
but if they r uncommon people like at ur working placethen raely tlk with them n after u get angry on them after 1 day say sorry or give them choclate n aologies.u hv to keep ur ego aside n hv to do otherwise u break ur imp relationships because of ur anger.
so try to b chill.

Anger is some sort of an inferiority complex. Seek help together with a professional (psychologist or psychiater).
Try to find out WHY you are reacting like this. Why do you feel motivated to lash out.

Try to learn to control your temperament.You get angry and the other party gets angry too.This needs to be tackled carefully.Asses the reasons behind your anger and avoid such situations instead of repenting on your actions later on

hi sunny 2 control anger is a very difficult task and if i say because of ur girl friend u will have to control ur anger u will defeineitly try ur best to control it and i do say control it for ur girl friend if u really love her .
