One sign of having extra long menstrual cycles is that you may have a fibroid tumor in your uterus, don't worry this isn't malignant. Fibroids cause unusually heavy bleeding, longer than normal, and can become pain the the pelvic area. I had this myself. Since I already have 6 children, and wasn't going to have anymore, I decided to have a partial hysterectomy, which is where the uterus is removed, but you keep the ovaries, so you don't need to go through menopause early, you can do it at your regular time, and no hormones are needed. This stopped my pain and my very heavy bleeding, in fact I couldn't leave my home while I was on my period, due to this. But be sure to see a gyn doctor, to find out for sure what is going on, sometimes being on birth control pills also, help regulate menstration cycles. Or even a D&C, could help control the bleeding, but for me it didn't work. Talk to your gyn doctor, there are many things out there now thanks to technology that can help. But you need to be seen soon because your long cycle can cause anemia, which it did for me, and I had to have 2 blood transfusions.

I simplest ever get my interval each and every 50+ days and feature ever on account that I began getting it. My grandmother on no account had any form of cycle to talk of, she could cross months typically among intervals. From what I have an understanding of it simply is dependent upon each and every indavidual lady. Was this general practitioner a person? If you're employed with some other medical professionals check out asking them, or asking a girl general practitioner if that could make you extra comfy. If it have been me although I would not fear approximately it. :)

I would have called the doctor after 14 days of menstruation.

Call the doctor asap.
