Do you mean 'You're mum'? Because if so, that's a way of saying 'you're not saying anything' or 'you're keeping quiet'.
Now if you mean 'your mother......' that could be the start of any number of rude phrases!

they are jus bringin up your mum
e.g.
if somebody says you are annoying and you say your mum it means you are saying his mum is annoying
but sometimes people just say your mum to annoy you

lots of people get insulted when someone insults their mother so they say "your mum" its kinda like they're insulting your mum because they're saying it to provoke you...
