Well, I'm man, but metaphorically speaking, yes, I would be

Not really. Guys sometimes don't see these things in women! They'll notice an old B Model Mac in a field as you're driving past. They notice when their buddies get a new gadget and know the model number! But sometimes they just don't notice the extra frills, the nail color, the hair cut, etc. They're not wired that way, whereas women are. Sometimes we expect men to notice the things that we notice and we get ticked off when they're not more like... well... women!

The only time a man notices your hair is different is when your hair needs dyed to cover the gray. Sometimes, it is good a man does not look at you all the time. You can get away with bad hair days, a zit or two, a few extra pounds.

Men only notice the extremes in your looks.
Like one day you went from a perm to cleopatra straight. A man should notice that.

Anyway, I would not be mad about hair.

My husband never says a word. I had 5 inches cut off my hair 3 weeks ago, and not a peep. I suppose he's learned over the years his lesson. Don't say a word, unless asked.

It's sad if He doesn't noticed any changes, especially if we are doing it for them. Kinda hurt.
Obviously luck of attention and appreciation towards us.

Most of the time, we try to change ourselves for the better, dressing and looking our very best for them, to appreciate us more. Complete silence, no comment, not even bother to look at you when you were talking, that's completely different annoying situation.
Make noise and get his attention so he will be able to have a good look of us.
If then He still not noticed any changes, kick Him out. lol

Well men are annoying most of the time. lol

Don't waste your energy being mad. If he's good to you, count your blessings. It takes my husband sometimes a week or more to notice I've done something different to my hair. He's a good provider, he's a good dad, & he loves me. Who cares if he doesn't notice I've done something different with my hair?

Don't be too hard on us guys. We look at our women through the filter of love. While that may upset you when you make some positive change we fail to notice, you will appreciate it when you are much older but still look like the girl we first fell in love with to us.

Yes, of course.
But men usually don't notice. It's just the way their brain works.
They don't take hints.
You have to ask them directly "honey, do you like my new hair cut and color?" Then, maybe, he will notice.

Nah. He's so fashion oblivious that I don't hold it against him. He'd just look at me and say, "You look different." Although, I have hair down to my butt. If I cut it way short, he'd notice.

Damned if you do, damned if you don't.

I've been yelled at for noticing dyed hair--"you're not supposed to notice, it's supposed to look natural."
