No, Athena is a virgin in all myths regarding her. She has however, played a part in the Athenian myths of Athenians being 'born from the earth' where Hephaistus came on her leg and she scrapped it off onto the earth giving birth to the first Athenians (though this is one of many myths regarding the source of the people of Athens).
