okay im writing an argumentative paper on harsher punishment for sexual offenders. I was a victim of rape at 17, and i want to write this paper to express that rapists get off to easy, with just slaps on the wrist. There is so much i want to put on this paper, b/c i went thru it personally but im having writers block!!! i dont want to write uuuuuggggghhh. these damn emotions. any suggestions on the paper????

I'm a fan of permanent castration. If that doesn't work then the death penalty. That's the only way to stop repeat offenders. Good luck. 2D
