Humans cannot live on Mars. Mars has only a very thin atmosphere that is all poisonous carbon dioxide. The low temperature and pressure of the air makes it impossible for water to exist in pools or streams on the surface. It would be quickly freeze dried away. Deadly radiation from space constantly hits the ground because Mars has no magnetic field or ozone layer to stop it. How could life as we know it exist in such conditions?

Yes, because they have enough condition for lives. The scientists said that plant could grow on Mars, that means, the Mars have Oxygen and Water; the most important things for human to survive.
There are no human on Mars because making civilization on Mars is still in research.

It will not be too long before man will set foot on Mars. In order to stay there for any length of time he will have to create an atificial atmosphere within the confines of a dome or prefabricated building. Journeys to the surface will need protection and life support systems. There is no life on Mars that would be of any value or support to man and he would have to import all comforts. If his prime motivation is the mineral wealth, then trade via shuttles would soon become a possibility too. No, there are no Mars maidens. Sorry.

Read the book by Kim Stanley Robinson (actually a trilogy) called "Red Mars"
It explains, very scientfically, how it is possible for humans to take a trip to Mars and begin terraforming it.
it's a fictional story, but the technology, scientific facts, and information about Mars is all true and can possibly be done if there were money and reason to seriously do it.

No. Mostly because people do not like to live INSIDE rocky planets. ON Mars, maybe.
No, YOU can't believe me. The reason I know that is because only a borderline paranoid person will ask that question and according to basic psychology paranoid people have a hard time believing anything.
I would reduce the question from the content of your post to "Is there human in you?". Doesn't sound like it. Trolls, by definition are not human.

Mars cannot now, and *most likely* in the future will never be a shirt-sleeve environment. To survive on Mars, Man will need pressure suits, habitats that are hardened against radiation, and for the foreseeable future, constant supplies from Earth.

At this time, scientists do not have the technology to support life on Mars, yet even FIND life on Mars.
So, no.
Though, the thought is possible.
