Not really, - it's at the top of the list of an accident waiting to happen.
Whether it's Armageddon as found in the Bible, or just the plain facts of history, - this area is a powder keg for enlisting support from neighboring nations, -ushering in WW3

Iraq and Afghanistan were like boils on the edge of the worlds asz hole. The USA is akin to the surgeon removing those boils.
Iran wants to, in many ways ( along with Syria, Libya, and some others) to become bigger boils, in that same region.
Insignificant? No, not in today's world of fast Jets, Nuclear bombs, dirty bombs, 'surprise suicide bombers', etc.
History shows that since Abraham and Sarah, back in Biblical Times, turned the mother and child (the founders of the Islamic world / populations) out into the desert, they have caused uncountable quantities of wars.
Will this war stop the Muslims?
No, NOT IF you believe "GODS WORD", history, and their own world wide religious goals.
NO SON, this not a pimple, just a hidden, festering boil, that has been around for thousands of years, and will continue !!!

I wouldn't say that. The Iranian link to the US is long and troubled on several points. Just as an aside, it may interest
you to know that the Sheriff of Orange County in the early 70's
was a man of Iranian Descent.
The nation of Iran goes back at least 3000 years and plays an important role in history. In Biblical times (very early) it was called Elam. You will find this name beginning in Genesis 10.

Hmm lets see...if you call a country that is a weapons distributions center for terror cells and other violent regimes that get Americans killed I guess so. If you call a country that controls the amount of oil they do a pimple then yes.
NO. They are a force that needs to be dealt with. We need to put a halt to all the bad things they do. Including shutting down their borders and shipping to inspect any suspect cargo for weapons.

What about North Korea? There are lots of "threats" out there. Bush just wants all the power he can get before leaving office. hence the permanent bases in Iraq by the pipelines...so the Chinese can't get them. Bush is a dictator

No a small piece of skin cancer is a better analogy. It's curable now though if it isn't taken care of it can kill everything. If they make a nuclear bomb and blow it up in America or start a world war in the middle east that's a problem.

If they didn't have plans to make nuclear bombs, then yes. They do, however, so to ignore that, and them, would be for us, to be nitwits. I never thought of America as a dumbazz.

I would rather put it this way: Isn't US is a great pain in the butt for Iran and other oil producing countries because Bush is being led by large oil companies which want to put their dirty hands on other country's natural resources?
