I saw that on "I love the 80's" on Vh1 and I laughed my *** off! That was a long time ago but I want to see it again because I love moronic events:)

That sound like Howard Dean, but that was only four years ago, at the Iowa Caucuses. And it cost him the Democratic nomination.

Howard Dean in 2004. It was the turning point in his campaign. Even during that speech, everyone was right with him until he did that. After he did, they figured he must be insane. Had he not done that, he probably would have gotten the democrat nomination.
