That would be because it is not a real word. If you are misspelling "deluge" that is a word meaning "flood" or extremely heavy rainfall.

I'm going to assume that you meant to type "deluge".
Deluge means a sudden rush or surge, technically it means a sudden, very heavy rainstorm. If refering to somethign other than rain, it means a sudden surge in volume, well above average.
