oblivion vs. oblivion goty?

is obl:goty that much better than norm obl?cuz i can get normal obl for a 3rd of the price of obl:goty.so i can buy 2 games(norm obl,other) insted of 1(obl:goty).normal obl is already 150plus hours and huge.is the xtra content a MUST?how many xtra hours?

GOTY is worth it IMO. The Shivering Isles and Knights of the Nine + Oblivion standard pretty much costs the same if not more so it's nice just getting them all in one go. It unfortunately does not contain things like the Wizards Tower, Mehrunes Razor and all of that so if you're playing on PC it's almost worth it to buy them seperately since Knights of the Nine stand alone does include the small content additions.

How long the additions are really depends on your play style. The Shivering Isles is about as long as the main quest in Oblivion and Knights of the Nine is more akin to playing through a guild faction.

I got it and just downloaded the small content packs elsewhere and I'm satisfied.

I like the expansions, but I have to say that the original version of the game is excellent as well. You'd probably get more out of the goty edition because once you start playing Oblivion, you're hooked and you will probably end up buying the expansion packs anyway. You really can't measure it in hours because it's so open-ended. Also, it will include official patches that make the game run a lot smoother.

the two video games have a super *** uninteresting wolrd. yet i could %. Fallout 3. that is greater strengthen and has a fashion greater beneficial map such because of the fact the DLC's. I spent 144hrs of my existence on Fallout 3 in the previous my xbox360 ultimately have been given the crimson ring of demise.
