ok i'm taking a class, a self defense class and i don't know if today is the last day...i think it is i'm not sure. but it might not be. but i'm on my menstrual, last time i went to the class i bled through my pants *yuck*
should i go? i am so afraid it will happen again because my period flow has not changed!
would you go if you were me??? i don't want to go because last time was so embarrassing. the teacher is an unfeeling male. so he will not give any sympathy or tell me to sit out today.

That's up to you. Usually when I work out I wear a tampon and a pad to keep from leaking. Do whatever makes you feel comfortable.

I would go - like Krissy said...just make sure you are well-covered this time.
Exercising while on your period is great for the body and can alleviate many menstrual symptoms.
Have a good time.
