When I was in high school, it took me two hours to get ready. Honestly, I would get up at 5 AM to leave at 7. I would shower, blow dry my hair, straighten my hair, do my makeup, pick our clothes, and get dressed.
I've managed to cut down my "getting ready" time to about an hour and a half.
Yeah, I know. It's pretty ridiculous.

It takes me about 15-30 depending what I am going to do. I usually pick my clothes out the night before so I dont have to deal with the oh how does this shirt look. I usually do a pony tail or a bun with my hair but if I do like curling or straightening it takes me a lil longer cause I have really thick hair. But it usually takes me 15 min especially cause there are 4 of us and 1 bathroom. Not a good combination especially because its 3 girls and 1 boy LOL. One of my sisters is only 5 but she still sits there and watches us.

I have 2 teenage girls (they have to share bathroom) but both are usually ready for school with in a hour to hour fifteen minutes.
They both take their showers in the mornings. Oldest at 530 youngest when she gets out 545 - 555.. Then I get to get mine (after letting the hot water rebuild) They dress, hair, makeup, and eat breakfast, and brush teeth.
Oldest leaves the house between 645 and 7 depending on what day it is.
I leave with the youngest by 715.
The girls worked their own schedule for the bathroom and it seems to work well for them.

-dry my hair 10 min
-gel my hair and scrunch it 5 min
-brush teeth 2 min
-do make up 15 min

I get up at 7 a.m., pick out what I'm going to wear and get dressed (5 minutes), wash my face, brush my hair, brush my teeth, put on deodorant, put in my contacts (all that 10 - 15 minutes), then I go back to my room and straighten my hair (10-15 minutes), put on my make-up (5-10 minutes), then if I decide to do anything with my hair that's another 10-15 minutes.
So it takes me anywhere from 40 - 60 minutes to get ready in the morning. (I take a shower the night before).

My teen daughter can get ready in 15 minutes. She showers the night before so when she gets up in the morning she just quickly washes, puts on some makeup, runs a flat iron through her hair and she is ready.

It depends on how much time I've got. If I get up 10 minutes before I need to go I can do it in that little time. If I have a long time I'll just do stuff more slowly. My routine:
-Get up (hardest part)
-Eat breakfast
-Brush teeth
-Get dressed in clothes I picked out the day before
-Do hair in easy style (pony tail)
-Get my stuff and gooooo
I usually shower the night before =P

She showers the night before and sometimes straightens her hair as well. In the morning, it takes her longer to GET OUT OF BED than anything else. I have to sneak in and change her clock to make her think it's later than it is before she'll get out of bed and she STILL leaves late!
60 minutes in the morning
I turn her light on
Her alarm goes off
She lays there
I climb on top of here and she grumbles a lot!
She finally gets up and several minutes later she makes her way to the kitchen and eats breakfast
She slumps back to her room and gets dressed
She brushes her teeth (always after she eats so there's no chance of food left behind)
She does her hair and makeup (Can you say forever?!)
Then goes to the car holding her shoes because she's late again (sometimes she does makeup in the car too)
