If I think I have a pinched artery in my neck(swollen neck, clicking sounds in neck, headache behind and over eyes, eyes look dull) Should I go to a chiropractor

A pinched artery in your neck will cause you to be light headed and feel like you are going to pass out (or cause you to pass out).
A pinched nerve may be likely.
If your neck is cracking whenever you turn your head then you may have some vertabrae that are not alligned properly, and yes I would definitely see a Chiropractor about this. This is their level of expertise and I highly recommend you go and see one.

I doubt it is a pinched artery. It is probably a pinched nerve. I would recommend seeing a chiropractor. They can provide relief and possibly correct the problem for pain you are having. Make sure your health insurance has plenty of coverage for this. These treatments can get costly.

if it was your artery you would have blackouts,you mean a pinched nerve ,but even that wouldnt give you those symptoms
