well he got his hand smacked it doesn't seem fair but this is a raciest society give them another 10 years and then they will get away with murder and rape

Yes he did that so he can serve 18 months with 10 months credit for time served. It's a misdemeanor he plead to and he did that to avoid serving in a juvenile facility until he's 21. It doesn't seem fair, does it?

I think it was advised by his lawyer to plea guilty instead of clogging the courts w/a lengthy trial, only to find him guilty.

Only on the advice of the attorney. This thing has dragged on far enough. It will set precedence for the other trials.
