Because he was imbezzling money from the company and planning to flee the country with the owners daughter and when the owner found this out he did a background check on this guy and found out he was a felon for bank robbery and figured he couldn't have someone like this working at a place that he owned so he just decided to fire him. Crazy huh?

lots of reasons.
1.they found a hack to do the job for less.
2.he was caught doing something he should not have been doing with the co.name
3.he was a stalker
4.he was a diddler
5.he was caught using co.property for his own personal gain
5.he messed up too many times causing the co. to waste their money bailing him out of his mistakes.
