I can't see him staying in Baltimore. The defense is tired of carrying the offense, and now the defense isn't that great anymore. His play-calling is absurd at times (it took him 3 months to figure out that "MacGahee off-tackle" was a good play to run about 20-30 times a game). I believe he lands a co-ordinator's job somewhere, maybe Dallas if Jason Garrett leaves for a head-coaching gig.
