It's a flip of the coin, but I would go with Kevin Everett. His whole life was ruined - everything he's worked for for years was taken away. Now his entire future is on hold.

Sean Taylor's situation is no less tragic, but the one who really lost everything was Sean's daughter and the 4 boneheads that did it.

That has to be Sean Taylor i mean the man was at home recovering from an knee injury and got shot. Kevin Everett yeah it hurts your team but he could come back Priest Holmes did it as well as Tedy Bruschi. They really haven't lost a teammate like the Redskins did.

By Football Everett, because it was a game move that did it. By a the term tragic it would be Taylor, a death is always more tragic then an injury, espically when the person recovers to the degree he has.

Taylor. Everett will still be alive and well and doing everything just about the same except for playing football, while Taylor is gone forever and will never do anything again.

1st he is dead

2nd anybody that's plays football on any level knows you can be severely hurt on any play.

Taylor... easily.

Everett will be able to live a mostly normal life, just not play football.

Taylor is gone forever.
