Peace lies within one self...

Peace is a state of harmony, the absence of hostility. More generally, peace can pertain to an individual relative to her or his environment, as peaceful can describe calm, serenity, and silence. Peace can also pertain to an individual's sense of himself or herself, as to be "at peace" with one self would indicate the same serenity, calm, and equilibrium within oneself.

When anger or frustration arouse, the peace and calmness within me awake to counter the disturbance force and turn me back into a benevolent being.

Peace and calmness are some of the things that separate man from beast. They are important virtues that one must always try to summon.

I drink deeply from the Source, but like any other spirited human being who is also a spiritual seeker I have moments or even days when I run around like a maniac. Call it looking for Source in all the wrong places, or just being my own creative self, and then remembering to come on back home. This is natural for me.

I fight my nature, which is to run around like a maniac, because I want to be a person who is filled with calm and peace because I'm generally happier and so is my family.

I'm driven to get things done, hard for me to relax when I know there so many things to do....and I've had to teach myself that it's OK if I don't get it all done.

I descend from the sublime to the ridiculous on a regular basis. Perhaps it is to do with what I am drinking. Hard to tell.
