Some women feel their babies early and others feel it as late as 16 to 20 weeks. It just depends on you.
For me, it's like a little twitch or wiggle, but some women liken it to a bubble or some other light sensation, like a butterfly in the tummy. You may already be feeling it and just don't know how to recognize it yet.
Congratulations!

I didn't feel the baby until about 15 weeks, and then I frequently doubted what I was feeling. I wasn't certain I could really feel the baby (it didn't feel like kicking) until 17 weeks. I was at the ER just the other day (stomach spasms) and the nurse couldn't find the heart beat. About an hour later the doctor found it. He said there is so much wiggle room that sometimes the heart beat is hard to find, but it's no big deal.

anywhere from 14 to 22 weeks women usually start to feel the baby kicking.
First of you need to know what to feel for. Baby kicks feel like little twitches or flutters. You will not realize it is the baby for a while until the feelings get stronger, that is why most women feel the baby at a later time.
Secondly it will depend on how much extra padding you have in your mid section. Larger women tend to feel the baby kick at a later time.

If it your first child, you may not feel movement until you are about 20 weeks because you are not use to the feeling. I felt my first at about 20 weeks, second child at 13 weeks, and my third (currently 20 weeks pregnant) at 8 weeks. Don't worry, it will happen and it will be the most amazing thing you have ever felt in your life.

The first time you feel your baby moves in medical terms is called "Quickening"
If you are expecting your first baby you can expect to feel your baby for the first time between 18 and 24 weeks gestation. If this is not your first baby you can expect to feel your baby a bit sooner than you felt your first. This is usually said to happen because you know what you're feeling for and your uterus is more stretched out than it was the first time around.
Congratulations!

Between 16-22 weeks for sure. I felt my son at 17 weeks and it was a wonderful feeling =] It'll feel like little butterflies, bubbles, or a tickling sensation. Good luck and congrats!
