Hes a good player coming off a bad year are any teams talking to him?

Jones is still one of the best defensive center fielders in the game. He had a bad year at the plate but still put up some fair power numbers. I'm sure if the Braves don't re-sign him someone else will. If he gets on a team with some good hitters to protect him, he can be a beast again.

I'm sure teams are talking to him, but after his horrible year in a contract year, it's not headline stuff... That or people are worried he's injured or already starting to come out of his prime instead of going into it...


And to Oycarumba... The guy is 29 years old... He's NOT done...

Well if the Yankees trade Melky Cabrera for a pitcher anytime soon then I would think Jones will a good fit in center.

Whoever is willing to take a chance. It is rumored that most teams will only give him a 1-year deal. I would say if he doesn't turn things around this season he's done.

The guy hit 200 and wants a raise. The guy is clearly out of shape. Free agency is getting out of control. 7 million a year for a 200 hitter.
