To the mighty hell and beyoooond with diets. All they do is make you miserable. A diet is a war between your mind and your body - one says what you cannot eat, the other says what it wants to eat,hm, try and win this one...You can't. So in order to avoid schizophrenia, eat everything but in small proportions that will suit your lifestyle.
