My beloved husband-I had to stay in bed for a month before I had surgery on my back due to an MVA and he was a blessing. He went to the grocery store, had a birthday party for our youngest, cleaned the house, did laundry, made sure I had plenty of Dr. Peppers on hand when I needed one(Dr. Pepperaholic), helped me with my personal care, took me to and from the doctors office, made sure the girls got to school, so basically he took care of everything. Oh by the way, he worked out of town and came home every night to take care of us. It's a wonder he didn't have a heart attack from the stress. He even painted my toenails-can you believe that? I love him more than I can put down in words. I thank God for him everyday.

My landlord. He is also a good friend and one of the kindest human beings I know. Moving into a small apartment after I retired and my home of many years burned (within the same week!) was a hard choice, but I truly lucked out. When I leave here it will be feet first.

I would have to say my family....especially my parents. I think probably my father was the most helpful....my mother was very concerned, too....but I don't like people fussing over me too much....even when I am truly ill....and my mother tends to fuss a little too much for my liking.

My last one was a while back, my MD wanted to give me a blood tranfusion, my labs were off and my H&H was horribley low. I told no one, I just kept pushing through it, I have to , in order to keep my household running and keep everyone on track=)

Ironically, all of the ladies at work! They know I'm living in florida and all my family is in Oklahoma, when they didn't see me come in one day...(which I had called my manager to let her know) they all freaked out thinking if something happened to me, who would know? They managed to track me down via text message and I told them I was ill...

My six year old. She kept me tucked in and petted my hair and ran for tissues and drinks. Between times she spooned me and watched tv.
