I believe that is correct. It is crazy but the government shouldn't be involved. It should be between the doctor and the patient. We should be focused on giving the doctor what he needs to be able to make the best decisions for the patient.
Society is pretty sorry because they cause a lot of abortions with how things are set up. It's easy to blame people but the problem doesn't go away. It's always there so people are not the problem.

What he said was that the Doctor has strict guidelines as to what can and cannot be done in each trimester. I'm sure in extreme situations,an abortion can be performed that late, but it would be very rare. He was no way endorsing abortion up to 8 months. He was stating the law as it stands now. Since he is an OB/Gyn,I'm sure he is well aware of all the legal issues.

It's legal until the end of the first trimester (twelve weeks, I think).
There are the rare cases where they abort later if something is wrong with the pregnancy though.

He is, but you won't find any places that will perform an abortion that late unless you goto China. It is against policies of most clinics to perform an abortion that late.....one of the benefits of abortion remaining legal.
The only abortions that will be performed that late, are partial birth abortions, which are used only in emergency cases to save the mother's life.

Considering I have adopted a little girl that was born at seven and a half months and weighed only 2 pounds 10 onz...... born in the back of a pick up on the way to a third world hospital............ I would say that abortion at 8 mos is sick and murderous.................................................

BTW my little girl is now 7 perfect health and a wiz in school

Since Ron Paul can't have an abortion it makes no difference what he thinks about the subject.

LOADED QUESTION!! The Supreme Court defines the laws, not Senators. If something is legal it doesn't make it right or moral, you just don't get arrested for it.

I don't know if he is right about that, but I know he is right about ditching Israel and the Federal Reserve and restoring rights and everything else back to the People of the USA.
