I've already checked adult swim's website, and various others trying to find out the name of the episode but I can't find it. It aired 11:00p.m Eastern Time on Adult Swim on December 3rd. Which episode was it? Thanks!

"Perfect Castaway"
Peter adds the title "worst fisherman in Rhode Island" to his impressive aray of inadequacies as Quahog's first family returns with new episodes. Peter might not be much of an angler, but he does have a family to feed, so, along with Joe, Cleveland, and Quagmire, he heads out to Pelican's Reef. Unfortunately, the fish aren't the only things jumping. The guys are blown away by Hurricane RuPaul and lost at sea for months. Happily they're rescued, but Peter's return home has a very unhappy surprise. Adam Carolla provides the voice of Death. (Vol.4 Season 4 Part 2)
