I don't see any relationship between psychics and physics, particularly time travel.
Psychics are in business to make money and they take that money away from gullible people who want to believe anything. Psychics come up with predictions and comments that are general enough to apply to anyone. They might say, "Someone in your family has been hurt," and you think, "Oh yeah, my grandfather slipped on the ice three weeks ago." The person listening to the psychic takes this rather general statement and thinks about anyone and anytime someone has been hurt and applies what they said to their situation.
As far as time travel goes, we are all traveling in time. Time is always moving forward. As it is always moving forward, you can't go back to what no longer exists. That's why you don't run into anyone from the future. In a sense, you could run into someone from the past if that person had been frozen, say 40 years ago, and then successfully thawed today. It would seem to that person that they had traveled forward in time very quickly. But what actually would have happened, is that the frozen person would have slowed themselves down so much that everyone else passed him by.

It is impossible because it violates the laws of physics.
Time travel would involve you having to attain energy capable of making you travel faster than light, that amount of energy is infinite, because the inertia resisting motion at those speeds is also infinite.
Psychics in my opinion are smart, and arent different from conventional salesman.
I do believe there is alot of the brain left undiscovered,
however i do not believe in psychics, or see the connection between time travel and psychics.

It is a common fallacy to want to draw any parallel between science and phenomena such as 'psychics'. The former is tangible, with a basis that can be proven in a laboratory, the latter is based on what people want to believe.

Psychics are simply frauds. They score by making vague predictions and then 'reading' the person's reactions (like facial expressions and body language) to see if they are getting 'warm'. People who believe in psychics are simply getting faked out.
