Depends on if its dark or bright blood.

If its bright red or "new" blood, its possible your bowel movement caused a tear in your perinium. The blood would be from the tear being stretched. I am tight in that region and have this occur more often than I'd like.

If its dark red or brown-ish, then this is digested blood and has been processed through your stomach/intestines. That can be for any number of reasons. My husband was "pooing" blood for about a week one time. We took him to the doctor. Turned out, he was having nose bleeds due to nasal dryness at night which was then being digested and coming out the other end.

This isn't anything to be worked up over. I'm not pregnant but I often experience tearing because I'm a little tight down there. When I make a bowel movement it stretches and the tear bleeds a little.
Try using stool softeners.

Don't worry...it may be haemorrhoids which is very common during pregnancy...some of the causes are irregular bowel movements, change of routine and the stress that normally exists during pregnancy...drink plenty of water, cut down caffeine, and constipating foods, take a lot of fresh fruit juices, salads etc...also include fibre in your diet...and if u can, try to walk everyday, depending upon ur comfort level and stage of pregnancy...gudluck...

hemmroids....small blood vessels that swell with the pressure and constipation of pregnancy. Sometimes they might tear a bit causing the blood in stool.

Unless its a lot of blood or your stool is tarry and black, I wouldnt worry .

you are a little constipated, and you may have hemorrhoids. Don't strain so hard when you go, and eat more fiber...like apples, and prunes.
