atomic bombs are constructed from unstable materials and not from single atoms. atoms are the smallest division of an element which will still retain its identity. therefore everything including you is made from atoms. if there was a way to release all the energy in your body simultaneously there would be quite an explosion. so far we haven't figured that one out yet.

shooting neutrons at the nucleus therefore cause causade release of energy of the strong force
this effect is called nuclear fission..
For the sake of argument .. someone in molecular level has release the done that you will explode .. however the explosion won't be as great because.. you don't have alot of dense elements in your body .. human is carbon based life form

Atomic bombs are a bit odd. An atom is an extremely small particle of matter. They should never be broken. However, in controlled lab tests and in atomic bombs, scientists have found ways to split them apart. All of the energy stored inside of one atom breaks free, and a huge explosion happens.
No, you can't blow yourself up accidently. Atoms don't split randomly.

if you were to bombard the atoms within you with other atoms then yes you could cause a big explosion... but that isn't really relavent to bomb making
basically... nuclear bombs are based on nuclear fission... an atom smashed into another atom causing a chain reaction of smashing that results in what we call a nuclear bomb
