The best gifts for people who have everything, are gift cards. This way they can use it to buy whatever they want. Sounds like your on a budget, so get them like $20 starbucks gift cards or maybe like $25 to a store they like.

Ussually those people are spoiled wich makes it hard to find them something if they have evrything! I know how you feel I've been in this situoation. What I would try doing is getting the person something he dreams about but something that he or she can't find like a book that means so much to him or her but can not be found or by the person something normall at a store and in the card write u have everything i didn't know what to get u lol.
