im 20 years old. have no credit. i dont have a house. im staying with family and my boyfriend. i dont have a job. i just recently lost my drivers license (no insurance). i dont have the money to get my drivers license back. and i dont have a job cause i dont have anybody that is able to take me. i also do not have a car. is there any type of loan out there for me???

You might get some responses that are scams - they'll ask for an upfront fee with all kinds of implied promises, but won't end up giving you a loan.
You have no job, no way of paying back a loan - no, how could anyone give you a loan when you can't pay it back?

The last thing you need is a loan. How would you pay it back? You'll just get yourself deeper in debt. Find a job, get your license restored and start acting like an adult.
