The Ring Wyrm is level 32, with 128,648 HP. I recommend casting Dispel right away to dispel the Ring Wyrm's Haste and Protect effects. Then cast Slow on him to give your party an advantage. You may want to summon Belias during this battle, because the Ring Wyrm's most powerful breath attacks will heal Belias. Good luck!
