=(m-8)/(m+7) *1/(m-8)(m+1)
=1/(m+7)(m+1)

That's about as simplified as it gets though

= m^3/m^2-8m/m^2 +7/m^2 -7m/m^2-8m^2/m^2
= (m^3 -15m-8m^2+7)/m^2
