Did you mean plants? They will probably live longer since warm weather will be present longer for the year.

Very minor I would think. I hear the oceans will see the most effect. Additional dissolved CO2 is causing sea water to be more acidic, and this is suspected to be the cause of some bad effects, like certain kinds of sea life declining.

CO2 is not rising as the plants take care of it for us.
