Yes. You would have major pain on one side...you would also notice vaginal bleeding. Here are common symptoms:
* symptoms of early pregnancy
* spotting after first missed period
* cramping after first missed period
* pain or pelvic pressure
ultimately, severe uterine bleeding or hemorrhage

yes it should be very very painful because as the baby grow it wont have room inside ur tube and it start to hurt really bad if u are pregnant just dont worry about this things i used to worry about it i used to worry about it when i was around that time iam 17 weeks pregnant now and i found other things to worry about it will neven ends

you might also get shoulder tip pain on the affected side
