DMGI and "The Orchard" merged and are now trading under the stock ticker "ORCD"

Check their website they may have bought out by another company. Did you recieve any notice in the mail?
You should have received a notice for a buy out offer if they were bought out.
Either that or you may have the ticker wrong.

If you're referring to "Digital Music Everywhere," the symbol is ORCD.
