I am man, I am, I am. It's really freaky thinking about all the things that are happening and that happened in the world. How about you?

I am also freaked out of turbulence. And I am scared of getting scanned by security.

Yes. My first flight ended up being an emergency landing when I was 20. So I didn't fly again until this past May. Even then I was so tense I tried to open a bag of M&M's and they went shooting all the poor soul next to me because my hands were shaking so much. But I took my 10 year old to Disney World and wanted her to fly, she loved it. I was a mess.

I love flying. I admit I'm more hesitant now about getting on a plane since 9/11, but I still love being in the air. I used to want to be a flight attendant years ago and applied for Southwest Airlines. I was accepted, but found out I was pregnant 1 month later. So unfortunately, I was never able to pursue that avenue. But flying rocks!

I see where you are coming from what with all that has happened in the past but hey just live your life flying is as safe as anything else.
I have flown quite a lot in a plane of course not myself ha ha oh my aching arms.
The thing is the scariest flight that I ever had was in Belize when they said you are flying from one base to another by nick name " White knuckle airways " and I thought cannot be that bad. The pilot must have been on something he was horrendous and we flew that low I could have washed my boxer shorts in the sea .......... well after the flight they needed it. But my point is after that flight it was relative luxury to fly in a normal plane with sane pilot.

No. I like flying. But i am 55 years old and semi suicidal at times, so i don't worry about crashing. But actually, i can understand your fears.

No, but I hate the airport. Just getting a flight is more nerve racking than the actual flight.

No, I am not. I think that flying across the country is still safer than driving that many miles.
