1) x^2 - 75 = 0

x^2 = 75
x = +/- √75
x = +/- 5√3

2. This parabola has a vertex at (0,5) and opens upward.

3. take 1/2 of the middle term and square it. 1/2 of 10 is 5, and squared is 25. So the answer is a)

x^2 = 75
x = +/- sqrt(75) = +/- 5sqrt(3)

The axis of symmetry is the y-axis.
The x- intercepts are +/- sqrt(5)
vertex is at (0,5)
parabola is shaped like an UPSIDEDOWN U
Max value occurs at vertex.

(-10/2)^2 = 25

oh! This is handy, there each multiples of one hundred, which can be utilized to mention one hundred percentage of the rate! 20%=one million/five. one million/5x$25=$five $25-$five=$20 OR one hundred%-20%=eighty% 80percentx25=$20 There for, it is a reduction of five dollors, and the complete rate after reduction is $20!
