It seems bro eagle and sis sky were somebody else's concoction. Did you know this? I wasn't aware until I read this, so forgive my ignorance.

LaDeeDa, the end justifies the means? A "noble" lie is a good lie?

Blueridge, the left wing ability to rationalize thier lies while trying to shine a spotlight on others is one of the reasons you continually fail in Congress.
Seems I struck a nerve.

Blueridge, I know everything about you I need to know. Why don't you go ahead and move closer to Hugo Chavez?

I used to live in Seattle, so yeah, I knew it was not what he had said. I guess he said something similar, but "they" spruced it up....
I never heard about this book...

Everything spoken about and "attributed" to Chief Seattle is the God's honest truth, so no, I don't give a crap if it came out of his mouth or not.

Frankly, I am FAR more concerned about the infamous "16 words in the President's State of the Union address" which put the finishing touches on America invading Iraq.

Which were 100% LIE.

You familiar with THAT hoax?

Priorities, man. Priorities.

Sounds like a "Neener Neener to you" day for you. I'm happy for you.

But do me a favor and save the accusations of lies for YOUR party. I don't have the time or inclination to list your Party's hall of shame (let's start with Tom DeLay...), besides, it clearly wouldn't do any good.

Why complain about this Congress? When the previous Congress took all records and claimed the Title "Do Nothing Congress?"

Oh. Right because there's like ONE more Dem than Repuke.

Hey - I've got news for you.

They're all crooks and the only objective is to get re-elected.

And you're MISSING the BIG PICTURE.

The words aren't LIES. They're just attributed incorrectly.

You know who you are?

You're the kind of guy whose 16-year-old daughter could get raped on a date, but your reaction would be, "But he has a great job and a nice haircut."

We get inspired by the truth beneath the myth, not by the fact that it ever happened. We often pass down things we don't know aren't factual because we find them inspiring.

There are a lot of myths and beliefs in things which have no merit in reality, and this is true for both sides of the political aisle - its a human thing, not a conservative or liberal thing.

And, no, I didn't know. I do now.
