Is there something wrong with your computer's ability to use search engines? Details about the approaching December 2012 events are on so many sites that it's amazing that you've become one of 1,714,342 people to ask for details here. Well, just between you and me, my sources in Washington have told me that on both December 12, 2012 and December 21, 2012, President Mike Huckabee will sit down in the Rose Garden with representatives of the Maian peoples to discuss extending their calendar for another 57 million years to avoid the destruction of the space-time continuum when their calendar recycles. Should they refuse to negotiate in good faith, my sources tell me that President Huckabee will send a fleet of B2 bombers to Central America to destroy the ruins of their civilization. Hopefully, that won't be necessary.

I can't count how many times I've heard people spew out random dates in the calendar and announce that the world is going to end that day.

According to scientific research the world is not due to end for another 7 billion years, by which point the sun will have burnt itself out and we all know that without the sun nothing can grow and no more life can develop. Anyhow, I'm 100% certain that NONE of us will be around then, so not to worry.

I do not know.Try the website called: ask.com------ There is just too much to list here. I'll be about 57 years old then.It says the new Orion spacecraft should be fully operational for support flights to the International Space Station by then. It's a leap year.Just ask the question at : ask.com----------an asteroid, meteor or comet will collide with the Earth,so if they can calculate its trajectory, they will know where not to be when it hits. Most likely the ocean, but who knows? Lots more at that site when you bring up: wikipedia 2012

Well, assuming I'm still alive I will most likely wake up, eat breakfast, and go to work. It's on a Friday, so I may or may not do something fun that evening.
