Here are a few I thought of:
Libs in control of inner cities raise taxes on the "rich".
Consequence: the "rich" move to the countys taking their money and business's with them.
Libs have been successful in taking God out of our schools.
Consequence: we now wonder when and where the next Columbine will happen.
Libs protest the Vietnam war:
Consequence: According to a leading North Vietnam General, Giap admitted in his memoirs that news media reporting of the war and the antiwar demonstrations that ensued in America surprised him. Instead of negotiating what he called a "conditional surrender," Giap said they would now go the limit because America's resolve was weakening and the possibility of complete victory was within Hanoi's grasp.
Libs protest the Iraq war.
Consequence: the enemy see our soft underbelly and continue the fight knowing what we did in Vietnam.
Libs want gun control or total bans.
Consequence: Criminals now have better guns then I'm allowed to have.

Given2fly: YES I THINK GOD SHOULD BE ALLOWED IN OUR SCHOOLS!!!...I'm not saying the bible should be forced on anyone...I'm just saying that it shouldn't be outlawed!!..this IS a Christian nation like it or not. The muslims teach their kids to kill the infadel where he stands...Jesus said to love your enemy...love others as you love yourself...BIG DIFFERENCE!!

Brother, I could write a book (and maybe I should)
1) Libs protested against the development of nuclear energy. If we had just ignored these nutty hippies, we'd be energy sufficient right now, and could tell the Middle East to go pound sand. Go thank a Lib for that $3.50 gas.
2) Before Libs got a hold of the education system, people who graduated from High School had practically the same level of education as many college graduates. Now you have even college graduates who can barely write a coherent sentence.
3) Libs mocked Ronald Reagan's approach to making the USSR admit defeat in the Cold War. If he had listened to their pessimism, the USSR would have gotten stronger and stronger. If you all remember, real Democracy was on the wane. Europe was shockingly Socialist, and no one dared stand up to Russia. Aren't we lucky Reagan didn't listen to the Lib naysayers?
4) Before Libs got a stranglehold on modern culture and society, out of wedlock births had a social stigma, and hence there were far fewer of them. Single parent households are the prime cause of our social deterioration. Thank a Lib the next time you see a rotting neighborhood.
5) Libs used to champion "the working man". Now they champion the hardly-working man, or the work-shy person. They create excuses for people not acting responsibly, and all their programs are designed to encourage less independence and greater dependence on a nanny government. That is dangerous. They are literally killing off the qualities that made this country exceptional.
Look, I know many Liberals have a compassionate heart, but their overall effect is that of disasterously inept blunderers. There is no denying that. I respect their good intentions, but remember the old saying about the road to hell...

I'm going to comment on several things the poster dstr said.
To start off he throws the term American Empire out there like it really exists. We have no emperor. I know Bush has been called one but he's not. After Jan 2009 he will no longer be president much less emperor. Emperors are for life.
I wonder if he objects to what professional sports figures are making. His strenuous objections to the widening wealth gap does sound very socialist to me unless of course he's complaining it's not widening fast enough to suit him.
He opposes state terrorism he says is commited by the US and Israel. Does he equally oppose individual non state supported acts of terrorism carried out by Hamas, Hezbollah, Al Qaeda , and who ever else?
I'd go on but I'm laughing too hard at this guy who calls himself a liberal. He's no liberal he's a flameing socialist if I ever heard one.
Real liberals don't tell you how YOU should act. They just want to do their own thing and be left alone. You do your thing and they leave you alone.

Liberalism and Health care----- Liberals got medicare and Medicaid and look what a nightmare they are. Both are black hole money pits. Socialized medicine is not the answer. Lets start with doing some thing about the price of medical malpractice insurance that is passed on to the consumer.

1. Do you really think God should be in schools? Isn't that what the Muslim do in the middle east? Teach God in your house and at your Church. School is for learning about things in the real world.
2. We should not have invaded Vietnam. And yes, it was Democrats that approved the invasion.
3. We shouldn't be in Iraq. We should be finding Bin Laden in Afghanistan.
4. I don't support gun control. That doesn't mean that you as a citizen should be allowed to own shoulder mounted RPG launchers or ICBM missles either.

A free country broken down to be ruled, and it's people begging for mercy of a few select power mongers. No choices, no values, no pride, no honor, no love, and NO God. Period.

Can I just add the acceptance of rampant drug use?

We had absolutely no right to invade Iraq . I hold Bush responsible for this and not our brave soldiers who must follow orders .
God should never have been in school in the first place because Religion contradicts the sciences .
Every religion is covering its butt by claiming that it is no longer supporting the stories in the bible as authentic but merely allegory .
Up till the last 100 years it was a fact that the earth was made in 7 days just as told in the bible .
As far as the rich moving to the county it is so they can beat their wife and kids and not have the neighbors complain . King of the castle crap as far as I am concerned gone wild .
As for Vietnam it was a cold war against the soviets and Red China using Vietnam and our brave men to boost capitalism over communism ,Good against evil and Christianity against secularism , and atheism .
As far as gun control goes a simple 2 week waiting period or gun rental program could end thousands of needless deaths .
I am not saying you can not have a gun ,just that you should order one and wait 2 weeks to pick it up .
If its one of those things that just comes up like being invited hunting then we should have a rental gun program .
I am firmly against keeping any records of gun sales . I do not want a master list anyplace the government can get a hold of .
By the way if you feel safer in your home with a fully automatic weapon then kits are available .
What you have in your home is your own business .
I pity the fool who tries to enter my property .
Trust me in close quarters like a home a sawed off shot gun is best .
