It's just the way you think.. commas = pause in the flow so you "say" that sentence in your mind with a pause there.
Most of us know where commas should go, we just have trained ourselves not to use them in an attempt to save on time.

it shows your insecurity and doubt or it is just the way you want to organized your ideas.it just like a speech where u just have to pause in a sec to gather all the ideas that come across your mind.
