Yes, I think the adult (who knew Megan had a mental illness) should bear some responsibility for what happened. Hopefully, Megan Meier's parents will file a civil suit at the least. Good luck. 2D

I hope she suffers somehow. Death is too easy. I don't care what was being said about Lori Drew's daughter, she is an ADULT and had no right to mess around with a 13 year old's mind.
She's even more horrible because it said in the police reports that she didn't feel guilty because megan tried to commit suicide before.
this is just ridiculous, and i think the girl's parents should file a civil suit.

No i do not. The whole story is again not being told to the mass public. the cruel message (single) that was sent to megan stated that "josh" said i dont want to be your friend anymore because i hear that you treat your friends badly. That was the cruel message sent. Megans father stated that when he went into her room he saw the computer screen said that "the world would be better off without you" but investigators have yet to find that statement in the hardrive of her computer, and they have intercepted all incoming and outgoing communications and have not found that statment. again the media is playing this story like the best song on the radio right now. when it comes down to it, a depressed teenager on medication wanted to believe that a perfect person who she never met, didnt physically talk to, and no one else knew existed. sorry
