I don't think you can really compare some of the artist that you have up there..i feel some are on different levels than others..but from greatest to least:
Usher (Just something about him)
Chris Brown (only because he's doing the damn thing right now, and his dancing is GREAT)
Ne-yo (cuz he writes beautiful music)
JT (love his songs, white boy with a little hood in him is always good..i.e. Mark Wahlberg)
Tank (cuz he also has some good lyrics..remember "I deserve and he also writes great music for alot of artist out there)
Lloyd (he's just a personal fave of mine)
Omarion
Bobby V
J Holliday (1 good song doesn't make u good, give me a few more tracks, and maybe you'll move up)
Like i said, some of these people can't be compared, but i tried..

*JT for overall appeal, live performances are awesome
*NeYo is CORNY, not a great singer, but an ok writer
*Chris Brown is great. He'll stick around with some training. he can dance well, but his live singing isnt good.
*J Holliday wont be around long. 1 good single doesnt make you a star
*Lloyd is funny looking and untalented
*Tank is ok, but not enough exposure
*Omarion will be around for a while- good talent
*Usher- the most overrated on this list. I've never like him
*Valentino- one hit....
