undergraduate - the tigers
masters - fighting irish (yes, those fighting irish)
phd - banana slugs (yes, those banana slugs)

Wow ... I just realized that Alzheimer's must be actually setting in. I can't remember for the life of me elementary or middle school. Good Lord! lol They must have left quite an impression.
High School:
El Camino Wildcat's (seems to be a popular one and this was WAY before High School Musical ... thank God! lol)
Colleges:
Saddleback Gauchos (yes .. really) (A.A.)
Cal State Long Beach: The 49'ers (Prospect Pete was our Mascot ... nope ... not kidding here either.) (B.S.)
Cal State San Marcos: The Cougars (Crash the Cougar, of course!!) (Teaching Credential)
and finally my Masters was from ...
Cal State San Bernardino: The Coyotes. (Cody Coyote to be exact!)
Hmmmm ... now that I really think about this ~ maybe I outta keep some of these mascots to myself in the future!

I had too many elementary - I don't remember until 5th grade. Then from 5th to 12th it was Wildcats. I didn't have one in college because I went to an all girls school and we just didn't have a mascot. I could paint a good looking paw on your face though - still. ♥
