My infant son coughed so hard he threw up. I said "oh, baby" because he looks so miserable. I have never said oh baby in the heat of the moment though. Too cheesy...

Whenever my wife who is not keeping well does something for me , when I least expect it ( it could be as trivial as fetching my pair of shoes when I am in a terrible hurry to go to office ) ...I do say with huge compassion and love to her " Ohh Baby " ( followed by ... you shouldn't have ...or ... you don't need to )

the tray he was holding fell, and it was a mess!
it was so embarassing and i felt guilty.
