I don't really believe that. They are just stalling. Iran has some very very kooky leaders.

Bush can't spell. He attacked the wrong country. He also has a legacy to cover and has to find those damn WMDs. Since Iran might have some, he's probably stupid enough to invade there too. Unfortunately, he won't find any there either, because they've been in N Korea all along. Kind of like a shell game. He's guessed wrong once and the WMD's have moved, so he'll miss again.

Hum... dismantles nuke ...

Ok this caught my attention:
Just an FYI, Iran has never had a nuclear weapons programs. Several guest historians on CSPAN have been stating this for about 3 months now. Only Bush on this entire planet is the one spreading that rumor.

Iran is a viable member of the NPT which means that have a right to enrich uranium for energy purposes. This is what the entire fight is all about really. Russia offered to let them use their nuclear plants for the enrichment as long as they would not continue the technology to find out 'how' to do it.

The pt is they have the right for energy but the fuss is about 'will they take it farther and go for nuclear weapons.'

The recent NIE stated Iran is NOT attempting to make nuclear weapons... I have been saying this for freaking years because I follow foreign news sites connected to the UN... geez the USA is so damn slow.

So anyways, there is no dismantling of any program... it never existed to dismantle.

While I like the point you are trying to make, I don't buy it. I wish it were true. Problem I have is this. We didn't find the WMDs and I wouldn't believe any report coming from the totally inept UN. Besides, your statement is a bit hypocritical in my opinion. Didn't George pretty much blow off the UNs recommendations when invading Iraq? Now he believes them when it comes to Iran?

But the day before yesterday Fox News told me that Iran had nuclear weapons, and that war was imminent.
