First, I'd be surprised. So many people won't do that for fear of bad things happening so it would be a bit of a shock.
Second, I would take it as a compliment. Seriously, when has a wink ever been anything BUT a compliment.
Then I would not be able to stop myself from smiling.
After that (if you were still around) I would attempt to wink back, but in my goofy state I would probably just screw up my face and look like I was eating a lemon (I lose a bit of motor control when I'm excited).
Then I would feel all warm and fuzzy for the rest of the day.

I would look behind me to see if maybe Brad Pitt was standing behind me and you were winking at him instead of me. If Brad wasn't there, I'd probably take you to an ophthalmologist to have your eyes examined. There must be something wrong with them if you are winking at me.
